A Christian Community Theater Production

The Herdmans were absolutely the worst kids in the history of the world.  They lied, they stole, they smoked cigars - even the girls.  They were just so all around awful you could hardly believe they were real! There was only one place you’d never see ‘em — church.  But when all six Herdmans show up in search of the free cookies and punch - and end up in the annual Christmas pageant - everyone is convinced they’ll ruin it!  This is going to be the worst Christmas pageant ever.  Or will it?

Ticket Prices:

  • $20.50: Standard Ticket Price
($19.00 standard ticket price + $1.50 service fee) *ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.* *Discounts/coupons must be used at time of purchase and cannot be added to already purchased tickets. *Ticket holders can sell tickets, but for no more than originally paid. Ticket holders can trade tickets with other ticket holders. If tickets are sold or traded, please transfer the PDF or paper copy of the ticket. If any dispute arises over seats at a show, or somehow duplicate tickets are presented for the same seat, CYT will consider only the original purchaser of the tickets in the CYT database to be the owner of the seats.

AUDITIONS: 
Thursday, August 28  @ 6:30 - 8:30pm   
Radiant Church (7801 Hazel Ave - Orangevale)
  • Adults 19+ yrs are eligible to audition for this show. 
  • All Roles will be played  by adults.
  • Auditions will consist of cold readings from the script. 
  • Do you play an instrument?  Please prepare a 1 minute selection to demonstrate your skills.  
    • Bring your own instrument (with the exception of piano - keyboard will be provided). 
    • You need not be a master! Intermediate skills can be incorporated into our version of this whimsical comedy!

CASTING:
  • Cast Announcement will be made via email by Sunday, August 31.
  • Adults who are cast in the show will be charged $275 due before the first rehearsal, September 4. 

REHEARSAL DATES: Radiant Church (7801 Hazel Ave. - Orangevale) 

Thursdays: 6:30 - 8:45pm (any known conflicts must be made known at the time of auditions)
9/4, 9/11, 9/18, 9/25, 10/2, 10/9, 10/16, 10/23, 10/30 (Showcase)

Mandatory Rehearsal Dates (no pre-arranged absences will be accepted these dates)
Tech Nights 4pm-9pm - Tues 12/2, Thurs 12/4

Tough, combative. A crime buddy to Ollie. (9-10 yrs)
