Keeping Our Community Safe

Together, we are responsible for maintaining a welcoming, caring, and, most importantly, safe environment for all students and families in our CYT Sacramento community. All current staff members at CYT Sacramento are mandated reporters, required by law to report any suspicion of abuse to a child protective agency. We also encourage you to report any concerns that you may have regarding the safety or well-being of students, staff, or families to a CYT Sacramento staff member or directly to the appropriate agency in the resources below. 

Suicide Prevention

If you or someone you know is considering suicide, contact the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 1-800-273-8255.

CA Abuse Reporting

If you suspect that a child's health or safety is jeopardized due to abuse or neglect contact the child protective services agency in your county.  These 24-hour Hotlines are staffed by trained social workers.
If you are reporting suspected child abuse or neglect regarding children in another county please contact that county's child protective services agency.
