Fall auditions are just around the corner and let's face it. Auditions can be scary. But when you're prepared, auditioning can be fun!

Don't miss this opportunity to get sage advice and hands on training from Jessup Theater Department Chair and Associate Professor, Ms Jennifer Blair.  Professor Blair will cover topics like audition etiquette, knowing your type, appropriate song selection and preparation, call backs, as well as practical tips to highlight your vocal strengths, deliver a song with passion and create a memorable performance. 

Parents are encouraged to attend!

We will be selecting four performers to present their audition piece and receive hands on coaching during the second half of the workshop.  If you would like to be considered as a masterclass performer, please submit a 1 minute video of your song to wendyhoover@cytsacramento.org by August 5.  

We are looking for all levels, beginning, intermediate, advanced and adults!
