Suz Melton

Suz is thrilled to be joining CYT Sacramento! Originally from Kansas City, Suz joined CYT as a student in 2007. With CYTKC, she loved being able to grow as a performer as well as in her relationship with God. She was on Kansas City's improv team in 2009 and was even able to perform and teach a CYT summer camp in Japan in 2013. While earning her bachelor's degree at Sterling College, she enjoyed choreographing 3 musicals and tutoring her classmates in tap class. Every summer, she had so much fun joining CYTKC as a director at various summer camps. After earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Worship Leadership and Theatre, her love for performing took her to Orlando, Florida. For 4 years, Suz enjoyed making magic for thousands of guests as a performer at Walt Disney World. Her favorite place to perform, however, will always be Give Kids the World Village: a magical storybook-like resort for children with life-threatening illnesses who visit Orlando on their wish-granted trips. Suz was thrilled to swim in the resort pool as a mermaid, throw glitter as a fairy and teach tea party etiquette as a princess there. She believes that true magic in this world lies in the kindness that we show to others.

Bianca Christiansen

Bianca, a CYT Sacramento alumni, is currently a student at William Jessup University majoring in Musical Theater and Graphic Design. She performed in thirteen CYT productions and several other productions outside of CYT. Some of her favorite roles include Marian Paroo in Music Man, Hodel in Fiddler on the Roof, Olive in 25th Annual Putnum County Spelling Bee and most recently Martha, a bride, in 7 Brides for 7 Brothers at William Jessup University. Bianca is also part of the UCO choir at William Jessup University and is part of the worship team at her church. She is passionate about her relationship with Christ and would like to bring that passion to the performing arts community some day. She loves CYT and the family she has built there. She is excited about giving back where she discovered her love of the performing arts.
