Class Description

In this musical-theater introductory class, preschoolers will have two hours of fun!  They’ll learn about theatre during a multi-sensory trip on the road to exploring movement, music, drama and art. Activities may include rhythm games, coordination skills, demonstrating expressions and role-playing. The class concludes with an adorable showcase performance with a theme about the importance of family, including songs like Mother Knows Best, I’d Do Anything, You Gotta Eat Your Spinach and more!  performance.  NOTE: This age group is not eligible to audition for the session production.


Susie Peaslee

Susie was born and raised in the Bay Area. She received her BA in Child Development and has performed as an Assistant Director and a Program Coordinator of child education for USSA. She has enjoyed several years teaching preschool and working with school-aged children.

Her own dance and theater experience started as a young child. Susie and her husband Rand are busy parents to their active children Drew, Zoe and Avery. She is a dedicated Girl Scout Leader since 2010. She is an avid supporter of her children’s sports, church and creative arts development as well as a weekly volunteer at their local elementary school. Susie has a love for CYT and has happily been involved since 2013.
