Teacher:

Amber Camacho

Amber Camacho is overjoyed to be teaching at CYT Sacramento this session. Amber is a CYT alumni who had the opportunity to be in over 20 productions, including CYT Sacramento’s first show Annie. As a student, she had the privilege of learning from the exceptional CYT Teaching Artists and is excited to come back to CYT in this new role. From a young age, Amber has had a passion for dance, and has been trained in ballet, jazz, tap, and hip hop. In her time as a CYT student, she had the pleasure of being Dance Captain and Assistant Choreographer of multiple productions, her favorite being Godspell. Amber’s love for students lead her to work for Lifeway Christian Ministry Fuge Camps this past summer, leading students in worship around the Southeast. She can’t wait to work with CYT students as she shares her love for dance this session.
