Thais Doyle is a native Californian and was raised in the Bay Area. She graduated from San Jose State University with a B.A. in Music Performance and Music Education with an emphasis in voice, piano and choral music. She went on to receive her Masters degree from Hope University in Southern California in Worship Ministry administration and leadership. Thais has spent almost thirty years teaching piano and voice lessons and working with bands and choirs of all ages in church, school and theater settings. She is currently serving as a Worship Arts Director at First Baptist Church in Fairfield, CA. Thais has most recently served on the board of directors for Tracy Repertory Theater and had the privilege of serving as the musical and vocal director for their 2014 to 2020 seasons. Thais is excited to join the teaching and directing staff at CYT.
